| how can I place my order? |
| You can order online by filling out and submitting the order inquiry form when you select the checkout order
function from the shopping basket contents page, then selecting the Secure order form to enter your credit

| when can I expect my order? |
| Order times will vary, depending on what your order. Included in the product
specification information will be the standard delivery for each item in our
online catalog. Delivery times for custom products will be included with
the price quote you receive. We carefully track each order and will
quickly notify you if there are any potential delays on your order. You
will have the right to cancel with a full refund on any standard orders that
will be delivered more than two weeks past the times listed. |

| what happens if I cancel my order? |
| Once your order is placed on standard items, if you decide to cancel before your product has shipped, you
will receive a full refund minus a bank transaction and administration fee. |

| what is your return policy? |
| Once you receive your standard product delivery, you have seven
days to decide if you would like to return it. We want you to be a
satisfied customer. If you are exchanging for another item of equal or
greater value, you will be responsible for the freight costs to return the item
to the manufacturer. If you are not exchanging and the item is not
defective, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and the freight to
return the item. |
